Aniridia

39 year-old woman with a family history of aniridia in her mother and maternal grandmother. She has had an elevated intraocular pressure OU since her teenage years. The lens in her right eye has partially resorbed spontaneously. Her visual acuity is 20/50 OD and (remarkably) 20/80 OS. Her pressures are normal on 4 medications. She is remarkable for her relatively good vision due to a lack of foveal hypoplasia and her remarkably clear corneas.
