Perfluoro-n-octane in the Anterior Chamber

This 26 year-old man has Marfan syndrome and had bilateral pars plana vitrectomy, lensectomy with anterior chamber intraocular lenses. Perfluoro-n-octane (PFO)was used during his vitrectomy and one can see the silicone oil in the anterior chamber at the haptic of the intraocular lens.
