Triamcinolone in Angle

75 year-old man with age-related macular degeneration with a sub-foveal choroidal neovascular membrane. Had intravitreal triamcinolone (Kenalog). Seven days later he was found to have crystals in his anterior segment. There was no history of prior intraocular surgery.
