This 21 year-old man has had diabetes since two years of age. He has severe prolferative diabetic retinopathy for which he has undergone many sessions of panretinal photocoagulation as well as pars plana vitrectomy. He has Neovascular glaucoma for which he has had a Baerveldt seton placed.
