Inadvertent Filtering Bleb

This patient underwent extracapsular cataract extract in 1983. Since that time he had a chronic low intraocular pressure. When this video was taken 9-years after his surgery his intraocular pressure was 3 and he suffered from fluctuating visual acuity. He underwent repair of his surgical wound with an ultimate intraocular pressure of 14 mmHg.
