Ciliary Body Ademona

This patient was discovered to have a mass on routine examination. It is noted that the mass is very closely intertwined with the haptic of her intraocular lens. A fine needle aspiration biopsy was performed that demonstrated a probable adenoma of the non-pigmented ciliary epithelium.
