Ciliary Body Melanoma - 4

This 47 year old woman first noted a dark spot on her iris approximately 5 months before this video was taken. She seemed to have a large dark mass that pushes against her cornea and appears to push the iris out of the way rather than sit on top of the iris. On ultrasound this mass is quite large extending well posteriorly to the iris. The patient returned to her home state for oncology workup.
