TECHNIQUES FOR DIFFICULT ANGLES
Sometimes the iridocorneal angle is quite confusing, even for a seasoned examiner. Often the angle is difficult to interpret because there is too much or too little angle pigmentation. The techniques below can be helpful when the view during routine gonioscopy is challenging.
- Examine the Inferior Angle
- Look Over the Hill
- Corneal Wedge (Parallelopiped)
- Indentation (Dynamic) Gonioscopy)
- Examine the Other Eye
- Van Herick Test
